“I swear by meditating, even if it’s just for 10 minutes,” she adds. “I’m a big believer that in order to be the best wife, mother, sister, daughter, friend, etc., you have to take care of yourself, too. The actress also says she relies on a simple beauty tip for her glowing skin. “Always wash your face morning and night, whether you’ve worn makeup that day, feel too tired to move, or think your face is clean because you enjoyed a relaxing day of lounging,” Hardin explains. “Then, after washing your face, splash your face with very warm, almost hot, water 10 times, and then splash with cold water 10 times. You feel so clean and fresh, plus it’s great to take those few minutes to provide self care.”
